Nowadays San Sebastian is best known for its gastronomy, so if you are passionate about gourmet experiences this is the best choice for a private ‘Pintxos’ (tapas) cooking class, a tasting at award winning Txakoli vineyards or dinner at the 3 Michelin starred restaurant (San Sebastian is home to more Michelin-starred restaurants per capita than any other city in the world). This famous aristocratic beach resort of great reputation during the 19th century, conserves its exclusive and cosmopolitan ambience and we can arrange your stay at a private home: a Tower built in 1884 that sits in the Igueldo mount hillside and owns one of the most spectacular views of the city and its bay. With RK you will enjoy different experiences like a hike to the top of Monte Urgull with the spectacular harbour below or an Island Picnic on the stunning Isla Santa Clara.  We can also arrange a journey aboard Spain’s brand new luxury train for a memorable trip of 7 nights between San Sebastian and Santiago de Compostela.

The surroundings are also worth visiting. Hondarribia is a delightful town divided into a Medieval district and a naïf fishermen’s quarter. Nearby we can arrange a special visit to Biarritz and Saint-Jean-de-Luz and discover for you our “French secret spots” or maybe you would rather enjoy an exclusive visit to the Chillida- Leku open air museum or to the Balenciaga Museum, first museum in the world dedicated entirely to a designer.

Once in Northern Spain, it will be nice to visit Santander, located on a beautiful bay with an ample cultural offer and the medieval town of Santillana del Mar that holds the prehistoric Cave of Altamira. and its unequal prehistoric paintings. Travelling with RK will give you a chance to discover more of the Biscayan Coast and Gernika. Out of the tourist paths we have a coast full of surprises, dotted with small fishing villages and jagged Coves, harbours and cliffs.

Finally there is Bilbao, with its major attractions, the Guggenheim Museum, built in 1997 by American architect Frank O. Gehry that house a magnificent contemporary art collection. A seven hundred year-old city founded by Don Diego López de Haro is now a setting for numerous architectural transformations where factories and port installation are being renovated into spectacular urban projects.
